At Timeless Belts, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in accordance with Swedish and EU consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you purchased a product from us online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within 14 days of receiving the product.
After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days.

2. Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product caused by handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
We will refund the full purchase price of the product, including the original standard shipping cost (if applicable).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item:

Please contact us immediately.
We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

5. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed (e.g., worn belts).
